You will provide your names and contact details (email address or telephone number).

You will also indicate the precise subject of your request (desired period, number of people, price request, etc.).

A few pointers:

Cleaning fee :

You will add to this basic amount acleaning fee of 75€  for the entire stay.

​

Tourist tax:

The total amount of the stay does not includetourist taxwhich depends on the amount of your stay, the number of nights and people. We will calculate this amount when you make your reservation (as an indication, between €1 and €1.80 per night and per subject person aged 18 and over). You will have to pay us this amount at the end of your stay. We will donate it in full to the Agglomeration Community of Lisieux in order to  finance general equipment related to tourism and the tourist office.

Advance payment:

When booking, you will pay prior to your stay30% depositof the total amount of your stay, by bank transfer. The. balance of the rental will be paid when entering the premises. On your arrival you will also give us a deposit of 300€ by uncashed check which will be returned to you at the end of the stay in the absence of any damage noted when leaving the premises.

Terms of cancelation:

Ourcancellation conditions are flexible.

In the event of cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, we will refund the entire deposit paid.

In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival, we will keep a fixed amount of 75€ corresponding to the management costs.

La Blanchetière is fully equipped.You will find in our cottage; "like at home", everything you need for a pleasant stay.

​

We will have prepared the beds beforehand. Household linen and wifi are at your disposal.

​

Reservations are made for a minimum of two nights.

​
